原-石 PRE-ROCK


post·rock is an art and landscape architecture studio born out of a passion for geological and mineral matter. 
It was a birthday present from Lei in 2022.
石·現 是一間源於對地質與礦物物質熱愛的藝術與景觀建築工作室。它誕生於 2022 年，最初是 Lei 所贈予的一份生日禮物。

青海調研 Qinghai Research Trip












lei and sonny visited bochuan’s desert environmental and economic rehabilitation project in the Tibetan Plateau.
The planting of 梭梭树 Suōsuō Tree (haloxylon ammodendron or Saxaul) resurrects the desert’s ability to hold water and nourish other plants. The plant is also a host to 肉苁蓉 Ròu Cóng Róng (Cistanche deserticola), a prized ingredient in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Not only does the agriculture of the saxaul and Cistanche deserticola revive the land’s fertility and habitability, it also generates income for the local farmers, breathing new life into ecology and economy.
